Mechanical Reliability and Environment Testing

High Temperature Test

 96 hours at +85ºC ± 3ºC followed by three hours in normal room temperature

Low Temperature Test

 96 hours at -40 ºC ± 3 ºC followed by three hours in normal room temperature

Humidity Test

 96 hours at +40 ºC ± 3 ºC with relative humidity at 90% ~ 95% followed by 6 hours in normal room temperature

Temperature Cycle Test

 The part shall be subjected to 12 cycles using the following procedure:
